After searching everywhere for a decent GF croissants, I have finally found one in my own backyard. It’s better than Paris, UK and Canada. I am delighted that they even make cardamom rolls- reminiscent of a Swedish home.

Just amazing! No gluten in the place at all, amazing scones, and the cookie sandwiches are heaven (the cardamom, ginger and molasses one is to die for). The town is really cute too, really recommend if anywhere near the area.

One of my favorite GF bakeries - they originally started not 100% GF and are now all GF. So many cake, cookie, scone options!

Their scones are amazing and huge (pro tip - microwave them at home for 30-60s to make them soft and even more fantastic). If you buy the day old, they are cheaper and no less amazing when you microwave them!

Their cookie sandwiches are spectacular - I love the lemon cookies with raspberry or the ginger cardamom ones. Their giant chocolate chunk cookie is also delicious.

Their cakes are ok, but only less stellar when compared to their scones and cookies (but at any other bakery I’d think they’re great).

Fantastic bakery!! They have a stand at the Capitol Hill Farmers Market and I go every Sunday to get their amazing scones and giant chocolate chip cookies. Their everything chive scone is the closest thing I’ve had to an everything bagel since getting diagnosed, I almost cried. My non-GF partner loves it as well!

My partner and I went back 2 days in a row for their delicious pastries and coffee. The cookies were flavorful and moist. The cake was light, fluffy and very tasty. They have an amazing variety of safe gluten free food and sweets. It’s so nice to go somewhere and not worry about anything on the menu. We will definitely be coming back when we are in the area again. Super lovely and kind staff as well. 10/10 amazing vibes

Such an amazing experience at this bakery! So cute inside and love all the options. Also love that they have options of meals to take home and cook! Made me feel “normal” with being gluten and dairy free.

Unlike any other gluten free bakery I have ever encountered. Better than any of them in Seattle that’s for sure. I would pay good money to have this shipped to me!

Scones that are tall, fluffy, and absolutely scrumptious. Savory and sweet. I’m going to try more things tomorrow!

The best gluten free bakery I’ve been to!! Everything, and I mean everything, I’ve tried has been to die for. They have great variety, from sweet to savory pastries. And their frozen pot pies and rolls are amazing. I have celiac and feel so safe eating their food since the facility is 100% gluten free. Even my fiancé (who eats gluten for almost every meal) absolutely loves their goodies!

Amazing! I am sensitive to multiple ingredients in baked goods and this place nails it with safe and delicious baked goods. They have a binder behind the counter with ingredients if you have questions. Well worth the drive!!

Wow! Made the trip up here from Seattle and it was so worth it. Lightest, flakiest scones I’ve had since diagnosis and super, moist cakes. Some of the best GF baked goods I’ve ever had! I ended up buying some day old scones, frozen cinnamon rolls, and frozen veggie pot pie to hold me over until the next time I can drive up.

Holy moly! Their zucchini bread is fantastic! We also had a raspberry scone and chocolate chip cookie bigger than my head which we took home with us. Nice staff, cute place.

I love coming here and treating myself and my GF kids! The bakery items are fun to choose from. I have yet to purchase something I didn’t like. My most recent favorite was a berry lemon scone and a cardamom pistachio rose bun- similar to a cinnamon roll.

They have cracked the code on gluten free or worked some sorcery--the best gf baked goods I've ever tasted. They have recently converted the facility to be entirely gluten free and are working on certification. I buy their products at the Capitol Hill farmers market and they always sell out. Truly amazing.

They are not GF certified but take immense precautions to prevent cross-contamination. My non-GF friend lucked out because they only had one mushroom galette left but it had been touched with a non-gluten glove. They had it in a marked bag off to the side.

Amazing, amazing GF pastries, salted chocolate chunk cookies, galettes, tarts, cakes, etc. And the GF vegan cinnamon rolls are incredibly good, by far the best GF ones I’ve had. I’ve had them fresh from the bakery & bought a refrigerated bake at home 6pack & both were great. For Valentines I preordered GF passion fruit & sea salt caramel tarts, & jelly fruit bites. All were good, their tart crust is seriously close to the real thing, & I wish I’d ordered 5 of the passion fruit ones!
