Went for a load of bread. They have a decent selection at a great price compared to other markets. Didn't see any gf prepared sandwiches or baked goods.

Some GF items. No Gf bread or wraps to order. Many gluten free chips and things but not 'real' food.

Nice little market with some definite and trustworthy gluten and dairy free options. Pricey like most health food stores which is why I am giving it 4 stars but for $50 I was able to stock up on some options to have for a picnic and in my hotel room.

Excellent spread of GF items on the hot bar. African peanut soup was delicious. GF rolls to go with it would be a nice touch. They list most items as "made without gluten" rather than gluten free, I assume due to a shared kitchen. I also enjoyed a large lemon cookie made without gluten, and it was only 99 cents.

I never get bored of the gluten free options on the hot bar! They're all clearly labeled (gf, dairy free vegan and/or vegetarian) as well as 1-4 gluten free soups a day. Packaged grocery that is manufacturer-labled gluten free is marked with a red "gluten free" tab behind/next to the bin-tag, or with a red circle sticker on the tag. AWESOME!! Its especially exciting when gluten free products are on sale (which happens often), and when they go in sale, it cJ be neafly half off sometimes!

Great health food type of co-op store. Wonderful, plentiful gluten free options packaged, fresh and frozen. We visit every time we're in the area. Love this place!
