Very knowledgeable staff, lots of gluten free menu options. Chips are gluten free. Tasty food and great drinks.

I’ve been trying to eat at this restaurant for the past 6 months. We came too late twice. Finally were early enough to dine in. We set at the bar. Our server (Zack ) was very pleasant and polite and attentive. As well as the rest of the staff. The food was very bland. I was told to try the pizza 🍕 s

I have eaten here multiple times with no issues. Their chips have always been gluten free. They even label them as corn chips in the menu. However, I visited on 5/6/22 and ordered the salsa, queso and chips. When it arrived at the table I verified with my waiter that they were GF. His response was “no!” I asked what changed and he said they were busy on cinco de mayo and swapped out the corn chips for flour. Very disappointing! He didn’t even take the items off of my bill.

We have frequented Gran Castor. The sweet potato tacos are amazing! We usually get queso or get salsa with chips and have the key lime dessert too. Delicious and no issues with cross contamination after several visits. The waiter did say the last time we were there he wasn’t sure how accurate the menu was in calling out gluten. Be aware, the menu calls out what CONTAINS gluten, not what is GF. He was very helpful and checked with the chef on our whole order to make sure it was safe. We tend to over communicate the allergy and they took very good care of us.

I wanted to like this place, great looking establishment. I ordered a few different tacos along with chips and salsa. I was sick all day after eating here, and the weird combination of food wasn’t that great.
Yes
Most of the menu is gluten-free (and delicious). Non-GF items are clearly labeled on the menu. The server informed me that the only risk of cross-contamination is the deep fryer, so just avoid the handful of fried items.

Food was incredible and so many GF choices for apps and entrees. Waiter was also amazing and very helpful letting us know what all was safe. I never second guessed a thing, which rarely happens. Relaxing, pleasant, clean environment. Would eat entire GF items we picked even if didn’t need to. Would never know cutting out gluten—tasted so good! Eager to go back again :)

I get the grilled chicken burrito but in a bowl, the staff are educated or at least ask the kitchen, I was told they don't have the doughnuts anymore
Staff was very knowledgeable and knew what to do. I go here often and never got sick. They have GF chips, and the Bahn Mi Taco is amazing! They also have a coffee shop with GF baked goods

Amazing gluten free options. They also have gf desserts. The gluten free doughnuts are the best I have ever had. We will be making this a regular hang out. Highly recommend

Love their gluten free options and the guac is awesome!

I only had items out of the cafe- they don’t label it gf so you do have to ask but they were quite tasty!
This is one of the sister restaurants of the Union Joint chains. The menu is clearly marked and the cooks and staff are well-aware of gluten issues. Their tortilla chips are made off-site in a gluten free facility. Their spices are gf, as well, most of their tacos are already gf, and they even have gf donuts and other gf desserts to enjoy. It was one of those restaurants where I struggled to decide because I had so many choices. Delicious!
We have eaten here twice during soft opening. Most of menu of is GF. Actually mark things with gluten. And amazing GF donuts!
