I don’t know about gluten, but within 1 hour of eating I was on the floor taking nitroglycerin. The food is saturated with MSG. For those of us sensitive to MSG, it’s probably like drinking 10 Red Bull’s one after another. Heart starts to race and you can’t catch your breath. Went to ER and they confirmed it was not a stroke or heart attack. First question asked, “what was the last meal I had”. When I said Chinese food he immediately said MSG was the cause and the hospital has seen the exact same symptoms hundreds of times and all ate takeout Chinese food immediately before the attack.
This is the first time this ever happened to me and I was warned to stay clear of smaller Chinese restaurants.
