Grand Illusion Hard Cider

They have a few items listed GF on menu. However, they do list that it gluten sensitive and they don't promise cross contamination. My daughter ordered the nachos which were listed as GF on menu. We told them about her Celiacs and again could not promise anything. Their nachos are made with their house beer cheese. We thought well listed as GF so it should be OK minus any cross contamination. After every one else received their meals they told us that they made a mistake and their beer cheese does contain gluten so they made a new plate with regular shredded cheese. While I'm glad they caught their mistake, I was angry that they let that happen and made me think how many other items on their menu claiming GF are not. Do better Grand Illusions.

Cauliflower crust pizza was delicious. All ciders and craft sodas gluten free, and there were a lot of them! Items on menus marked and staff was knowledgeable

A flight of cider and a gf chicken bacon ranch flatbread!! Staff was great and so was the food. Do not be scared off by cauliflower crust, it was so good you won’t even believe it. Will definitely be back!

I've been going here almost once a week since it's opened and I love it! All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and they are all more than willing to check with the kitchen on any question I may have). The atmosphere is great and so is the HUGE variety of ciders they have on tap. As someone with Celiac disease, I LOVE that I have a place like this in Carlisle where I have the opportunity to safely enjoy just about every drink on the menu and many of the foods as well!

All of the different ciders are amazing. And the GF flatbreads are wonderful. They also have a nice selection of salads and pork nachos that are very good. I have a gluten sensitivity not celiac but I have never had any issues from this place. The staff is very gluten aware.
