I asked about a gluten free menu and they brought me a separate one. It was the main menu but had GF items marked with a symbol and then text in another color if things had to be substituted. The server was confident and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. I had the jalapeño corn grits and the bbq ribs. It was really good.

Went for dinner while on a work trip. They have a menu that shows you the gf options (have to ask for it). A lot of the regular menu is gluten free. I had the seafood stew. It was good enough and I didn’t have any reactions. No gluten free desserts.

It does have a menu that shows what they can make gluten free and found it is about 40% of their regular menu. They were very nice and helpful. The shrimp po Boy (with rice instead of bread) that won the po boy championship was fantastic. Even had people at the next table ask about it. Really enjoyed our meal and I am very sensitive but no adverse reactions.

There were not many gf options but the food was delicious and made from local fresh ingredients. The server noted which meals were gf. I ordered a yummy fish special and my daughter ordered the catch of the day simply grilled with rice. There is not a designated fryer. We had flourless chocolate cake for dessert.

There weren't a ton of options (I'm also allergic to shrimp and crab), but the tuna I got was good.
