Felt fine after eating here. They had a separate gluten free menu. Basically all the meats and a few sides are GF. I had the brisket and Cole slaw. Very tasty!

Printed gluten free menu. Meats are great and sauce too. I’ve had the pulled pork and St Louis cut spare ribs. I also love the corn pudding. I asked for a modification on my cocktail using a safe whisky instead of an unvetted bourbon and they did it. They have live music 1-4 on weekends. Check their website for performers.

Got the turkey, green beans and potato salad. Didn't get sick and I'm a sensitive celiac with a 4 hour reaction time after eating.

Really really good bbq here, and they have a pre-printed menu with the GF options. The sauce and spices are GF so you can have virtually any meat. We will definitely be back here!

I called ahead to ensure there were GF options- wish they had them on their website. The location is great. Not too far from San Diego and it’s HUGE. Parking gets a little dicey for sure. Lots of space for kids to run around while parents relax, visit, eat and drink. Our server immediately knew what celiac was so I was very confident in ordering with her. The GF “menu” cracked me up a little as it was just a typed list of what is GF but it works. All the BBQ and sauces are GF, woot woot! I had the pulled pork and pork ribs. I preferred the ribs but both were good. I got the wedge which comes with house made blue cheese dressing (had them hold that as I don’t do dairy and brought my own), red onions, tomatoes and bacon. Was also happy to have a safe dessert option of Dole Whip! Overall a good meal and I didn’t get sick.

Didn’t get sick. They have a GF menu though the server seemed clueless. Ate the wedge salad, brisket, turkey, wine.

I chose this restaurant after seeing great reviews on this app but when I showed up, they basically told me I only could eat the meat and that they had no other options for me. I was spoken to rudely when I kindly let them know I had a gluten allergy and was made to feel like I should just leave. I will not be back!

The pulled pork was awesome. As for the other 2 GF dishes I can’t say. They were out of the links and who wants to spend $20 on turkey so I passed on that.

On 8-25-19, the staff at Grand Ole BBQ in Flinn Springs was very accommodating, and our server Bobby provided a GF menu supplement when asked about GF options. After a couple of interrogations, the kitchen lead appeared at our table to explain ingredients, in detail. The two celiac members of our party enjoyed a half pound each of pulled pork and knew from the kitchen explanation which sauces on the sauce bar they could have. The only GF dessert is ice cream.
