We attempted to eat at Jack's Taproom inside the hotel. Items on the menu were not marked. When we asked the staff if they had a gluten free menu, they said we have what's on the menu and showed us a bottle of vodka. We left after that. We will not be back.

Many GF meal options; a lot of items can be made GF if you request it, even if not marked as such. No dedicated fryer, so anything fried is out, but most others are OK. VERY knowledgeable wait staff re: celiac precautions, including cross-contamination. I recommend their Grand Traverse Spa Salad.
Yes
