Grandma's Cookies

Overall good GF cookies that are individually packaged in a separate case with a variety of flavors. However when family member ordered her cookies (which are not GF) the employee placed all of the cookies (including my GF one) in the same bag. Even though mine was individually wrapped, the sight of GF with non GF all together made me anxious. Family member said something and employee looked very confused. Manager stepped in and encouraged the importance of no cross contamination and they replaced my cookie.
