The gluten free pasta can be in any dish. It is absolutely amazing food. All the staff is very knowledgeable about gluten and always are careful not to cross contaminate. I have eaten here many many times over the last 2 years with no issues.

Delicious gf Mac and cheese. Built my own, so happy to get homemade Mac and cheese to enjoy. Tons of options and they’re very careful with allergies. They even give you a jolly rancher instead of a Werthers as the candy treat with your meal.

This place was amazing! Owner explained every aspect of the food safety. Truly the safest eat out experience I've had since my diagnosis. As for the food, I recommend everyone eat here, celiac or not. Everything was, prepared fresh to order. I could not believe how amazing every dish was. The mac, soup, and yes, the salad. This is mandatory stop for my whole family.

All of the mac and cheese concoctions can be made gluten free. As already stated they have a dedicated separate area where they boil the GF pasta, never intermixed with regular. Other GF options too like salad etc. really happy with options. Amount of food was enormous and so delicious.

If I had had more lobster in my lobster mac & cheese, I would’ve given this place five stars. But the mac & cheese is totally delicious and safe. They have a separate machine that makes GF pasta in the rear of the store and the server advised me that they take many precautions to avoid cross-contamination, it is not a fancy place by any means, but if you’re looking for a pasta without gluten give this place a try. No gluten-free bread.

This place is awesome. I ordered soemthing with doritos on it (accidentally) they came over and asked if I could eat it...I can say these folks know their stuff. Menu might be a bit difficult to follow initially since there is no gf bread but once I understood what's available it turned into a mini heaven. Great food.

Omg I absolutely loved this place!!! Every single employee there was absolutely incredibly knowledgeable and extremely kind and friendly. Beyond courteous!

I have NEVER ever had such a respectful dining experience....ever. Even before I was gluten free. Our dinner was AMAZING and the GF pasta is homemade! Meatballs are gf, too! Manager Mike brought some over for me to try. I absolutely guarantee you will not be disappointed!!!

My boyfriend and I found this place on our trip last summer and have become superfans. I was thrilled to find buffalo chicken Mac and cheese I could eat. The staff is very knowledgeable, they take a lot of precautions and are extremely considerate right down to the smallest detail. They even go so far as to replace the Werther’s butterscotch they throw in as a freebie with a jolly rancher since Werther’s have wheat in them. We love this place so much that this year we went twice: once on the way to the beach for lunch and once again on our way home to stock the cooler with several meals worth of mac. This time they accidentally gave me the wrong size of mac and even though I wasn’t put off by the mistake at all, they ended up giving me even more food than I’d ordered and threw in a free gf brownie just to be super nice. It was delicious. Can’t recommend the Buffalo mac (without the breadcrumbs) enough, but really I don’t think you can go wrong here.

When I told them my daughter and I had Gluten Allergies they said no problem, all our sauces are GF, we have GF pasta and we did it all just for you! The gluten free pasta was just as good as my girlfriend's regular pasta. There was none of the too soft texture that gluten free pasta normally has. Very very tasty!

WOW! LOVE the concept and decor of this place. Then there's the food! GF rigatoni (homemade in a dedicated pasta maker, dedicated water, etc!) available, and they wear gloves! They are incredibly knowledgeable and diligent about their GF offerings. All sauces are GF, all specials can be made GF, all salads are GF (minus croutons)! All their soups are even GF - my husband had lobster bisque! Their MEATBALLS are GF! Hel-LO...that's unheard of. 5 stars well deserved! Great story behind the business as well. Owners on premises! can't wait to go back!

There is only one GF pasta option but it was a very good one. The quality of the food is excellent and they have choices for just about any appetite. Be careful with the build your own option. It can add up quickly... but it will be well worth it. My only hesitation is that walking in to the storefront on Baltimore Street does not inspire a lot of confidence. I would never eat there... but maybe that's the plan. A coat of paint and a thorough cleaning would go a long way.

Dedicated gluten free pasta maker, cooked in dedicated pots, ALL sauces gluten free and owner even said that extras like sausage and even meatballs are gluten free! I wasn't sure when I ordered so I just got pasta with red sauce, but now I can't wait to go back and try meatballs/sausage too! Also my family all loved their "regular" items. Great portions too. Will be back!
