Gluten free situation didn’t seem great. They had gluten free bread, but my Nima gluten detector picked up gluten in 2 separate samples I took of the sandwich. Did not end up eating it.

The food here was excellent. All sandwiches and salads were made from scratch on the premises. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food immensely! I had a bbq chicken sandwich on a gf roll.

They have Glen Free rolls. Very good rolls, in fact best GF roll I’ve had ever. Ordered a cheesesteak sub, multiple variations on this. I got the “Swisstina. Aguilera“.
No issues.
Only downside there was no salt and pepper on the tables and no catsup. But perhaps they are wary of Covid19. Lol.
Yes
I told the staff I was celiac and she used a separate cutting board and knife. She said she always changes her gloves just in case anyone is allergic to ingredients and that she uses powderless gloves for people ordering gluten free just in case the powder has gluten.
The gluten free bread is delicious. Looks, feels, and to me tastes like real bread.
Right next to Drop-in Brewery for your friends who drink beer. Not far from Woodchuck Cidery.
