Great variety of gluten removed and gluten free beers, as well as a few ciders and normal beers available. Gluten free frier, and their menu clearly marks that they cook and fry in sunflower oil, rice bran oil, and olive oil. The owner also personally responds to emails about allergy concerns and checked the grain bills for their beers, finding me ones I could drink. Food is good, beer is good, vibes are good.

Menu is clearly marked. Dedicated fryer. We got a fried chicken sandwich and a fall salad and they were delicious. The brewery serves ciders and gluten reduced beer.

This is the most accommodating brewery I’ve ever been to — 4 gluten removed beers and so many gluten free food options. They have gluten free buns and gluten free fryers — super accommodating and everything is clearly labeled on their menu. I’m also dairy free and they checked with the kitchen about ingredients to make sure it was safe for me to eat. They also have impossible burgers if meat is not an option for you! HOWEVER, they can still make mistakes, which they unfortunately did with my burger today. I was served the wrong burger that did not have my gf/df accommodations and I did not realize this until they came out about 10 mins after my order was served and switched out my burger. They were apologetic and we were able to get the meal refunded. I noticed that they have gluten free toothpicks in the burgers w gluten free buns (which would have been super helpful if I knew this beforehand)— I would just confirm that your food is gf when they bring it to the table!

Lots of gf food options and four gluten removed beers on the menu. I did not ask about fryers/cross contamination. The wings and fries were delicious! They also had ciders and hard kombuchas available. Lots of cute merch and a nice outdoor area with tabletop warmers!

The dirty fries, brussel sprouts and buffalo wings were great. Also enjoyed their gluten removed blonde ale. Can't speak to symptoms because I am an asymptomatic celiac.

Grass valley brewing company has a select few beers that are gluten removed. So if you’re down with gluten removed beer this is your spot! I haven’t tested them but gluten removed beer usually tests below 20 ppm. They had an IPA, a Irish red ale, a pale ale, and blonde. They also have some other options like cider and seltzer, too. I’m not a huge beer fan but my friends are and they loved it!

Staff said the gluten free fried chicken is made with tapioca and rice flours fried in a dedicated gluten free fryer. Although the corn bread is labeled gluten free mine looked like it was grilled to give the top a different texture. So if you have celiac, definitely ask more questions about their baking process and as always consider cross contact with the grill, stove, bakeware, etc. I will definitely go back but instead of ordering the meal (comes w cornbread and coleslaw on the day I went) I will just stick with the gf fried chicken which had great crunch, flavor, and texture. I also passed on the dipping sauces just to play it safe (I have celiac).

This place was nice but the server told us the gluten free beers are gluten removed, they use an enzyme to remove the gluten. We didn’t try them.
Roosters is fantastic. The best fried chicken I’ve ever had and it’s GF. I’ve had fried chicken in Texas, Memphis, and all over the south. Three excellent GF beers made on site by Grass Valley Brewing to wash it down, plus gf corn bread! If you are craving some fried chicken run don’t walk here.
