Gratzi Midland

Gratzi makes everything from scratch as you order it and can make most anything on the menu GF except for filled pastas like ravioli. They have cauliflower crust for the pizzas and will put it on a pan so as not to touch the pizza oven. The celiacs in our family have eaten here many times with no reactions.

It was OK. No gluten free menu, just told I could get pasta gluten free. Then they brought bread and some other breaded thing to the table, so I just awkwardly sat there while my family ate. Well, not the bread, no one liked it so it just sat on the table the whole time. It was fine

The restaurant makes everything from scratch and can make most items gluten free. They have GF soup options, GF veggie pasta, GF pasta, GF cauliflower pizza crust, and flourless cake. I had a small soup, pizza, and the dessert and it was great! The waitress was very helpful with options.
