Review of Gravitas

Gravitas does not have a dedicated gf menu but almost everything is available celiac safe. They are very careful. They didn’t have any gf deserts but my partner asked and the chefs easily modified the pot de crem. We had a lovely gluten free meal and the staff was well educated and helpful.
