Great experience, delicious food and server was very helpful. The homemade gluten free bun was absolutely delicious!

What’s the point in having a gf-dedicated food preparation area if your waitstaff can bring out bread that they twice guarantee to be gluten free, that actually isn’t gluten free? There is no point. Birthday dinner ruined. The waiter who told us the “mix up” couldn’t have cared less. Dine at your own risk.

Highly recommend the bimibap (has to be modified to be GF, but is awesome.) They also make a great breakfast sandwich on GF bread. I have eaten here many times and not gotten sick. Avoid the fried food, they do not have a dedicated fryer.

Best gluten free bread. Made fresh, in house. Very accommodating!! Will be back
The food here was great. My server was incredibly knowledgeable about gf and took all the precautions. Can’t wait to go back.

Called ahead and had a really kind staff explain that they have quite a bit of modifiable menu items to be made gf (including gf bread!), and was knowledged to explain that they recognize they do not have a gf-dedicated work space. Be sure to ask for the annotated allergen menu to learn what can be modified to be gluten free. They also had New Grist gf beer on the menu. No dedicated gf fryer, so order fries at your own risk. The menu selection for Celiacs at Graze includes a reasonable mix of items including burger, bibimbap (stir fry), steak, and lamb/chorizo bowl. I ordered the brioche dip with gf bread and brisket burger on gf bread, and it was pretty tasty.
Our server was very knowledgeable about what we could have. There is a separate menu that lists the items that can be modified to gluten free. They bake GF bread in-house!

As the commenter below noted, they do have a bakery on site and warn of cross contamination. That being said, I've eaten here at many times and have never gotten sick.

Very good and knowledgeable on food allergies, but the food was not worth the costs. I wish it tasted better.

My wife has celiac and my daughter eats gluten free until she's old enough to be tested for celiac. The waitress brought my daughter a burger with a regular bun and brought my wife a meal covered with BBQ sauce that they didn't tell us was not gluten free until after my wife ate the whole meal. The menu even had the item marked gluten free and the waitress made the comment that the restaurant is very allergy friendly. This was the worst restaurant experience we've had since her diagnosis. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Has a menu that indicates which items are gluten free and which can be modified. Some items require fairly extensive modification to be gf. The staff was knowledgeable and suggested alternatives. I got the burger, and although the gf bread would be great on its own or a drier sandwich, it got soggy and disintegrated from the burger juices. I'd go again.

went there yesterday and was told if I was a hardcore celiac, and I am, that cross contamination is a real issue because they have an on-site bakery. I like that they told us, instead of getting glutened.

Superb service. Great options. Gluten-free cookies! Steak was not great...but would give them another chance due to service and variety. Celiac friendly!

Amazing food! GF Bread made on site was phenomenal. Waitress understood celiac needs well and was able to provide great alternatives for items that would pose problems. Expensive, but worth every penny.

Check out the menu online- a good proportion of the menu is labelled gluten free or modifiable to gf. They make their own gluten free bread in house that is wonderful- just be sure to ask for it. Extra $1 charge. I had the moules frites (mussels and fries) and a local cider on tap. I highly recommend it! But do know that you might wait awhile fora table, especially on weekends.
