My husband and I came here for our first dinner in Rome and we both loved our meals. I have celiac and ordered a gluten free quinoa pinsa and it was the best pizza I have ever had. The owner assured me that my pinsa would be cooked in the same oven, but on a gluten free surface to avoid cross contamination. My husband ordered a regular Pinsa and loved every bite as well. We recommend this restaurant for anybody looking for an authentic roman style dinner with friendly service!
