Great Lakes Chinese Restaurant

The person taking the orders knew what gluten was and what could be made gluten free and what couldn't. I still recommend ordering things that are more likely to be gluten free as there was some cross contamination. One of the gluten free items we ordered had such, but the other avoided soy sauce (replaced with a white sauce) and was totally safe!
