Great Turtle Brewery & Distillery

I had the brick chicken with wild rice and broccolini. Wonderful meal. Our server was somewhat knowledgeable about the items on the menu and stated that many could be modified. The chef informed him that the cream ale glaze on the side with the meal was also gluten free, but I didn't eat that because I was skeptical. They also have gluten free buns if you prefer a sandwich.

I was able to get a gluten free bun with the whiskey bbq burger and had the kettle chips. Was tasty but the waitress didn’t seem super knowledgeable of the menu and allergens.

Loved it here! Had the Turtle burger with gf bun. The chips are gf also. The bartender/ server was awesome (Zach). Drinks showed gf also! Will stop again!

This place wasnt bad and I didnt get sick, I got a burger with a gf bun. However, I dont think the burger was worth the price, it kind of tasted like a school lunch burger. They did have a gluten free beverage menu and the drinks I tried were amazing!

Ate here for lunch - got the traverse city salad and Cali chicken sandwich with gf bun. Did not get fries. Waitress said they are usually gf in their own fryer but they had a private event earlier that day and she couldn’t promise it was safe anymore. Also got a Blake’s cider. All was very good! Didn’t get sick.
