They cook gluten free items lile fries, muffins, cookies in a seperate area and fryer.

We ate at Breakfast Buffet and we asked about gluten free items and they had to cook in a seperate kitchen. We ate meat, omelets and fruit off the line. The staff have the items with gluten on seperate heating tables than protein. They watch to ensure that utensils arent shared.

When they cook items in a seperate fryer they let you know it may take 20 min.

We ate at every restaurant. Dunkin Donut obviously isnt and we didnt go to Ben & Jerry's.
