Chef walked us through the buffet highlighting which options are safe for our gluten and egg allergy, and which to avoid.
They also made pasta and fries in a separate dedicated gluten free fryer for us.
Had a vegan gluten free cupcake which was good too.
The only thing is cross contamination risk from other guests not being careful with getting food. Recommend going early in the meal to reduce this risk.
We were fine though and no issues.
