Amazing experience at the restaurant on the main floor where the lobby is. They usually have a buffet but they were doing a la carte for lunch. The waitress grabbed the chef for me and he went through each individual menu item and told me which ones could be modified. Their fryer at the restaurant is not dedicated but one of the ones downstairs is - so they run them upstairs for you from down there. I had a chicken club on a GF bun (the bun wasn’t the best but whatever) and fries from downstairs. Overall a great experience considering how nervous I was about eating there!
