Never get sick here! They have a good amount to choose from, delicious gf bread that is also dairy free. The staff is friendly and remembers our orders from previous visits. Get there early because the place gets packed quickly. Worth the wait though! 10/10

8 yr old Daughter is gluten soy peanut legume and pea free. Can not ingest foods but not as serious as celiac. Kitchen not set up for cross contamination, but was ok for her level of allergies. She loved the buckwheat pancakes

Delicious and creative breakfast fare with many menu items that are prepared without gluten. I love the buckwheat pancakes. There is, however, only one grill, and cross-contamination is inevitable. The ultra-sensitive should probably not eat here.

They really shouldn't list their options as gluten-free, rather low gluten since non of the gluten free options that drew me to this location can be prepared gluten free. They only have one grill and there is cross-contamination. Since we had already waited a long time for the table, I talked to my server about my allergies and what I could eat. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and the waiter asked if my allergy was "severe". I said yes. So he told me they could prepare the scrambled eggs I wanted in a separate pan. Got my scramble and it had cheese in it. This made me really upset because, while human errors happen, my health is in the cooks hands and what happens when they make mistakes I can't see. I tried to explain this to the waiter, who hadn't really apologized and was more trying to make it into a joke with me, that it makes me feel unsafe and that maybe the restaurant should review allergy protocols to make sure that human error is less likely to happen. He told me there was nothing else they could do as a small place and that if someone has a severe allergy they shouldn't eat here, that he would tell them to leave.... even though I had told him that and he assured me they could handle it.

Moral of story: IF YOU ARE ACTUALLY ALLERGIC TO ANYTHING, DON'T EAT HERE

This is my favorite breakfast place in Northampton, 2 different gluten free pancake types (buckwheat and corn), delicious gluten free bread for toast (actually baked by Woodstar!) and lots of other egg and savory choices. Absolutely wonderful! And the friendliest staff around!

Delicious food! Able to accommodate not just gluten-free but my other food sensitivities as well!
