Entirely gluten free. A nice assortment of take-away soups, pre-made salads, and family meals with directions to heat at home---think King Ranch Chicken, Chicken Parmigian etc.. They also have a menu for freshly made juices, smoothies, acai bowls etc. , along with baked goods. Very good friendly service, delicious food, and a healthier alternative to the "grab a burger" impulse for a quick lunch or dinner for the family. I've been three times this week.

100% gf! Lots of takeaway options (fresh and packed) as well as juice and smoothies. Such a good find!!!!

It’s a smoothie shop with pre-made salads, meals and desserts in the fridge. They have a table and chairs and it’s a laid back vibe. There are two more locations. All are dedicated gluten free and I crave their food now. It’s absolutely delicious.
