Some of their items are marked gluten free on the menu, but a large chunk that isn't inherently gluten free, including most sushi, can be prepared that way too, just talk to your server. Also have gluten free soy sauce available though you have to ask for it.
Avoid bread and anything fried or crunchy, as long as the kitchen knows you have a gluten sensitivity you should feel fine, I did after my meal. Food was really good, but a tad bit on the pricy side.

We had great sushi. Care was taken to ensure my daughters meal was gluten and sesame free.

The staff were informed. They had an alternative gluten free soy sauce to insure my meal was not cross-contaminated. In addition, the waitress added to my order that I had celiac and was strictly gluten free. I had the chai tea with the lunch serving of Pad Thai w/ scallops. No bloating or GI reaction at all. I feel safe eating here in the future. Items on the menu weren’t listed as gluten free, but staff were knowledgeable of what was in their meals and each meal listed the ingredients. The curry and pad Thai are two things I know are gluten free. You just have to request a gluten free soy sauce or no soy sauce.
