Green Source

I had two delicious breakfasts here. One was the power oats and one was the GF minimalist waffle with bananas. The oats are not certified GF but I had no issues. The syrup on the waffle was awesome. I highly recommend Green Source. It is a walk across the river from downtown but well worth it.

Cute place! We had waffles: minimalist, basic and bohemian.. and the cocoa monkey smoothie. Awesome gluten free option for our celiac girl.

I’m a local and have enjoyed Green Source for years. I also know the owner and have discussed cross contamination with her. At the “Hip Strip” location downtown, no wheat products are served. I’ve never felt symptomatic after eating there. The waffle batter is top notch as well and celiac friendly.
