Everything is gluten free and plant based. They have smoothies, smoothie bowls (a strange concept but amazing), to go salads (no croutons, and there was a bowl of zucchini noodles!).They even have gluten free protein powder (Plant Fusion brand). Their granola is gluten free oats. Everything in the store is vegan except the granola has honey. It seemed like there was possibly a different type of granola used in the smoothie bowls so double check whether that one has honey.
