Ate here 2 nights ago and the staff seemed well versed in what was gluten free and what wasn’t. I ordered the vegetable curry and added chicken. It was very good and went back today to have it again. When I ordered it I informed them of my celiac and they seemed to understand. When they brought the curry out I began eating it and part the way through, I noticed a fully cooked penne noodle on top of my curry. I stopped eating it and told the server who was very apologetic. She offered to make a new curry and guaranteed that it was gluten free and that she informed the staff that it was a serious mistake. She said she didn’t know how a noodle got in there because nothing in the curry dish is near noodles. She said the noodles are partially cooked already so it doesn’t take so long so we aren’t sure if the noodle was cooked with the curry or if it somehow got in at the last minute. Unfortunately for me, I have to wait and see how/if I react.

If you are staying at the Sun Valley Resort, this is a great option for gf dining. Gluten Free buns for burgers and gf french toast for breakfast-- inside and outside dining. No dedicated fryer, but enough for a kid with Celiac to enjoy.
