I am visiting from Canada and wanted to take my son out for a Birthday Breakfast. Usually I am nervous about eating out because of severe reactions with cross contamination but I read 2 reviews on this Griddlecake location and decided to try it. I am happy to say that they take Gluten allergies seriously and the staff were wonderful. My food came(I got an omelette) and it was tasty and zero issues. My Family had Chicken & Waffles, Meat omelette and a Churro waffle. All were delicious. Staff are super friendly, beautiful view of the mountains. Very quant, quiet little place to enjoy breakfast. They had a small GF menu of Griddlecakes, Waffles, Omelettes.

We went for breakfast. Food was pretty good. The bacon was a little less than crispy and could have been cooked longer. Good service all around and our server was friendly. Restaurant has great views of the strip and surrounding mountains. Clean, fun atmosphere; they were playing oldies music the whole time we were there. -They do not take reservations. First come, first served.
