My fiancé who has Celiac Disease got really sick after eating here. Not 100% sure what it was but assuming it was the teriyaki chicken based on prior reviews. I recommend asking to see the ingredient list if you want the teriyaki chicken.

Only restaurant I trust in Gainesville!! Food is so good & whole facility is gf :)

AMAZING! Delicious and SUPER friendly! Had a bowl with pork and teriyaki chicken, sweet potato noodles, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, roasted broccoli with avocado added. I wish they were where I lived because I’d be eating there weekly.

This restaurant is now 100% gluten free. The food is very delicious and fresh. We were surprised at how much food fit into the small bowl.

Just talked to a manager and this restaurant is NOT A dedicated gluten-free business! They have one teriyaki chicken dish among their "Create a bowl" cafeteria style offerings that is not gluten-free. The Manager said that they do not call this a dedicated gluten-free restaurant.

It is however, a mostly gluten-free restaurant. According to that same manager, about 95% of their offerings are gluten-free.

I did very well with my bowl: I chose a kale salad base with cooked carrots, roasted brussels sprouts, plain chicken, avocado, and a chimichurri sauce over it all. So many great gluten-free options to choose from! So fast, fresh and delicious!

THIS IS NOT A DEDICATED GLUTEN FREE BUSINESS!! FOR SOME REASON THEY HAVE NON- GF TERIYAKI CHICKEN WHICH TOTALLY NEGATES THEIR CLAIM TO BE A DEDICATED GF BUSINESS. I WOULD SAY UNTIL THEY ADRESS THIS, NEITHER CAN THE BE CALLED A CELIAC FRIENDLY BUSINESS BECAUSE THE FOOD IS ON A LINE SO RISK OF CROSS CONTAMINATION IS HIGH.

This place is great! Slow cooked GF food (mostly dairy and soy free too). Lots of options and lots of veggies which is hard to come by in typical fast food eateries.

AMAZING! A build your own bowl type quick service place. Locally sourced ingredients! many different fresh tasting delicious options. Great drink options including Stubborn and Izze fountain sodas! The staff was great and friendly. Ask to try samples. Everything is gluten free (unless otherwise indicated but I didn't see anything). Limited indoor seating but there's tons of covered outdoor seating. They even have a walk up to go window!
