Bases: forbidden rice, sweet potato noodles, sweet potatoes

Veggies: Brussels sprouts, green beans, zucchini

Protein: Cuban pork, steak, grilled chicken

Desserts: zucchini brownie and chocolate chip cookies

Zero complaints about any of it. It was all really good, and not having to worry - at all - about gluten contamination was such a nice treat. We’ll be back whenever we’re in this area, for sure.

I could have come on an off day, but my experience did not match other reviews. The staff member seemed like she’d rather be anywhere else and couldn’t answer basic questions about the food. The pork was dry with zero flavor, the potatoes were dried up like they had been reheated from the day before and undercooked to boot, and the avocado was brown. We went at opening, so maybe they put out the leftovers from the day before. It was gross. The chickpeas were the only thing in my bowl with any flavor/moisture. I would not go back.

Aside from beer, everything is gluten free. The food is always fresh and delicious. They have a wide variety to choose from including homemade GF desserts. We visit at least once a week and I have never gotten sick.
