I was so excited to have restaurant chicken tenders and french fries again! The place has a dedicated fryer. The server understood my concern as a celiac and made sure our table's order was entirely gluten free and checked with the kitchen, especially since mine is typically served with a side of Texas toast which is definitely not gluten free. We saw them wiping down the outsides of condiments that sit in the middle of the tables after people left. I still didn't touch the condiments, just in case they'd been touched by people eating meals with gluten buns.
My husband loved his beef hamburger, one kid loved the Impossible burger, and another the sliders, but on a GF bun cut in half to accommodate the size of the sliders patties. The gluten free buns were good. My family all loved the sweet potato fries. I tried the shoe string fries with my chicken.
We ate in the outside patio area. It was the perfect place to go to after a long day at a nearby museum. I can't wait to go back here.
