Review of Grill Marks

Recently, the last 3 times we have been were very disappointing. The food quality has definitely tapered off from about 2 years ago. Not sure why? Could be a result they have lowered their supply chain costs and use a different distributor. However, the food just isn't that good, and this may be a result of the staff / chef.

One thing that has been consistent, even when the food was good is the wait staff is horrible and take far too long to just greet you at the table.
