I would proceed with caution. The manager is knowledgeable about gluten but a lot of the servers are not, a lot of them speak very little english and don’t know what gluten is. The chips are fried in a separate facility and were GF so I felt safe eating those. The manager mentioned most dishes do not have gluten and assured me they would mark my meal as GF but I got sick after eating here. I would stick to chips and salsa/guac.
