Edit! Sept 2023:
They have a separate fryer for gluten free now! They are also super good about cross contamination. Had the sesame chicken and it was so good!
Original Review:
Teriyaki sauce is gluten free, never have had an issue. Note that they have a shared fryer, so things that are fried but say GF, aren’t safe for allergies.

I’ve been coming here often and this time wasn’t a pleasant experience. I found a piece of Mac & cheese in my cucumber salad. I made the mistake ordering online. If you come here make sure to go in and double check your plate.

They just got a separate fryer for gluten free - it is directly next to the other fryer, but I had no issues. They do their best and the owner is super passionate about what he does.
The owner made it clear that he couldn’t promise that I wouldn’t get sick, as it is a shared kitchen.
Fantastic food, didn’t get sick. A+!

Got teriyaki chicken with cabbage and cucumber salad. Shared fryer, so would not trust anything fried that is marked GF. Well cooked and good flavor. Will return.

All the soy sauce is GF. The salad dressing was also vegan and GF - delicious! Great experience and will be back.

Great experience here! The staff is super knowledgeable and when you call to order, they answer all your questions confidently. They let me know that fryer isn’t gluten free, so even though the fried cauliflower is labelled gluten-free, it’s not safe. They seem very clearly committed to keeping celiac and gluten-intolerant folks safe. The chicken and beef teriyaki were excellent. And the dressing on the cabbage salad is awesome.

It’s not a gluten free establishment however all their teriyaki sauce is GF.
Loved that all the teriyaki is GF. Rice and coleslaw are safe, too.

Gluten free Teriyaki!!! Amazing! And it tastes good! Been a long time since I’ve had any store bought teriyaki. My non-GF family members liked it too.
They use only GF Tamari in the entire store so it’s very safe, though they do have some wheat based items like Mac salad, noodles and katsu chicken.
Compostable utensils, recyclable boxes. Unfortunately still use plastic bags though.
Friendly staff, clean and nice looking facility, though there are only 5 tables and it can get busy at times.
Would definitely recommend them.
Staff very knowledgeable and up front and super friendly. They want to become more compliant also. Would recommend.

Brand new offering in West Seattle. All their teriyaki sauce is GF, they have chicken, beef, tofu and pork options. The owner is super personable and told me that he’s really committed to working with the GF community to make sure everyone feels safe eating there. Currently it is a shared prep/cook space, but I didn’t have any issues. Honestly all, the owner is sooooooo nice. Feel free to hit him up with ways to make your meal safe.
