Grill'd

We have eaten at Grill’d a lot- burgers and chips, at different locations. We were a bit taken aback when we went yesterday and saw what seemed to be a new statement on their menu that their GF offerings were not suitable for coeliacs. We had a long talk with them and they told us their processes, which hadn’t changed, which include new gloves, separate utensils, separate grill. They were very helpful and very careful. My daughter has immediate reactions to gluten, and she was fine, no reaction thankfully, and a delicious meal.

Great burger and chips. They seemed switched on about coeliac and the bun was very tasty compared to normal gf bread! Will be going back!

Grill’d Burgers are delicious with an excellent variety of burgers and they have GF buns. The chips are GF and most of the mayo / sauces. The menu is excellent in listing ingredients and whether items are GF. Whenever I have gone to one of their stores, the staff have be careful when handling my order to avoid cross contamination.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Healthy burger chain with plenty of restaurants across Australia. They offer a whole range of GF products, like buns, (zucchini) fries, GF fried chicken and the like. The food tastes good too! Definitely a recommendation for a quick and easy lunch or dinner stop.

Has option of gluten free buns for burgers and all the fried foods are gluten free. When I asked for a gluten free bun the staff asked for allergies and noted down I was coeliac. Then they confirmed my meal was gluten free when they served it to me. The bun falls apart but it tastes good. So good to have a regular place for chips where I don't have to worry about them being cross contaminated in the fryer.
