Please know that I spoke to the NEW chef (the place recently changed hands a few months ago) and he said for someone with Celiac, the only safe thing is the chili. He no longer has gf bread bc it goes bad before he goes through a whole loaf. He invited me to bring me own bread and he has some customers that do that and he safely provides a clean prep space for them. I did not know to bring my own bread so while my family enjoyed melty cheesy sandwiches I had a bowl of chili that was, admittedly, very good.... but my literal only choice.

Justin and Chris took the time to listen and thoroughly cleaned the grill so my wife could enjoy without fear of cross contamination. It's rare these days to find an establishment that is willing to do so. They have a press that they dedicate for GF. Will be coming back!
