The fries are my favourite part - I do mention my celiac every time and I haven’t had issues with becoming ill. The only thing is the quality of GF bun. I hate it and wish they would get something else. The burgers are good however I have had them come back dry or too salty before.
Overall, the food is good.

*Changed my review.*
This was my second visit. The first was fine, but we had a terrible experience at this restaurant last night, both from a customer service perspective and a food handling perspective.
I took my children to dinner at 6:30pm on a Sunday night because they offer Gluten Free Options.
When ordering, we informed the waitress that two of us have Celiac and need gluten free. We placed our around 6:50pm. When ordring fromt he children's menu, my daughter asked, "How are the fries prepared, are they in their own.." The waitress cut her off and said, "The fries are gluten free." I said, "Yes, but are they fried with other items or are they on their..." Again, she cut me off and said, "Our fries are 100% gluten free." We ordered the fries.
55 minutes the food was finally brought to us. My daughter's tiny beef patty was like a charcoal puck and my son's burger was very overdone as well. My chicken breast had black on the edges and was quite dried out. But we were starving by that time so we ate it.
We all grabbed a few fries from my daughter's basket until my daughter noticed an onion ring in the middle of the fries. (So obviously the fries are not gluten free and definitely not Celiac safe.)
I looked for the waitress as she had not checked on us in over 10 minutes, waited a few minutes and then went to the hostess to ask for a Manager. I was informed there was not a Manager on duty, but she would send over one of the closers.
That person did not come over to us for another 10 minutes and the hostess had to go and ask her 3 times to speak to us!
The closer first tried to tell me that the onion rings are gluten free, um no. Then said it couldn't possibly have happened. Then she offered us Deep Fried Oreos. I said, "We're Celiac, we can't have that." She asked if we would like new fries, I said no, we are probably going to be very sick as it is. She ended up taking my daughter's children's meal off our bill.
The crazy wait times, rude staff, uninformed servers (when you are offering GF items), and then poor handling of an issue, have all guaranteed we will never be eating there again.

Almost every time I order take out - the order comes back wrong. I repeat it to them a few times. Always cold and it takes too long.

They used to be really good, but we went there yesterday and they've changed the menu. The burgers are gf and they have a gf bun, but they fries are no longer fried separately from other new menu items.
Amazing Burgers and you can order with Skip the Dishes to have it delivered! I am celiac and have never had troubles eating here. I always put a note on the skip the dishes that I am celiac and need gluten free

Gluten free bun and burgers are gluten free. Fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer.
