Updating my post as Grumpys has now advertised on the news that they are celiac safe. They are absolutely not. I’ve ate here multiple times, kept trying them because their food is tasty. Nothing is worth making yourself sick for days when you’re celiac. It seems to be a huge marketing thing in Toledo to advise as gluten free safe but in reality there are only a handful of restaurants that actually are. I’ve ate here a few times and always have issues. No one seems to care about safety when they boast about having gluten free options. I wouldn’t risk eating here. I was on the toilet for a week.
— Not at all
— Gluten-free items are marked on the main menu

I eat here and at the to-go truck knowing I’m probably going to get sick. Cross-contamination is huge, but they do offer a lot of gluten-free options. Sometimes I don’t have a reaction, most of the time I do. It’s unfortunate because they offer gluten-free and vegan options and have pretty good food.
GF buns are the best I've ever had
Absolutely unsafe. By sheer dumb luck they sat us in front of the open kitchen and nothing is safe. Bread crumbs. Bread crumbs everywhere. There's also no regard for safety either. No one changed their gloves in the 25 minutes we sat there, and we ended up leaving because my wife is severely allergic to avocado, which was also everywhere. It really feels like their poorly exploiting a niche and the reality is they've probably made a lot of people sick. The wait staff was not friendly, the hours aren't great and there was nothing on the menu I felt safe eating after seeing the kitchen. I've been a chef most of my life and I understand how difficult it can be to make celiac safe food, but it makes me incredibly angry when someone claims it is safe just for a few extra $$$

Heard a lot of great things about this place and was excited to try it. Though they do make gluten free bread, cookies, and cheesecake, everything is a shared space. Their cook space is all open and you can see they grill all their sandwiches next to each other. Our waitress informed us that they can not/do not prep in a separate space. While the salad I had was good, I don't think this place is gluten free friendly for anyone with Celiac or anyone who is sensitive.

Can call ahead and order GF loaves and cookies/brownies. Sandwiches can be made on GF bread.
While everyone was friendly they are most definitely NOT GF. In the entrance they had the GF dessert sitting under and next to the regular ones. There were obvious pie crust crumbs on the GF cheesecake. When asked, they said they cook everything on the same equipment, not even cleaning in between uses. We left without eating since it was not safe.
