The person behind the desk was very honest with me and said that anyone with celiac or an allergy can NOT eat here. They have gluten free bread, but no dedicated space or utensils. She said that my gluten free sandwiches would be flipped with the same spatula that is making the other sandwiches. They do have 2 different ready made gluten free brownies/bread available for sale at the register though
