The online menu says that many items are gluten free, however, when I asked the waitress, she said that menu was outdated. Apparently, when they first opened they had a dedicated fryer, but they don't anymore. Everything I was able to eat was still delicious (shishito peppers, grits, maiz without potatoes, and steak skewers), but options were much more limited than I had expected.
