Great little taco truck in the PCC marketplace. We got there right when they opened up at 11 am and we were the first custso that helped as well. They had GF marked on the big chalkboard menu and the cook was knowledgeable about celiac and did a great job! I got a chicken and a steak taco and we got some cheese quesadillas for my celiac daughter. Did not get sick at all, great experience!

Good food, a little hard to find within the cultural center we definitely needed assistance from the map. It was yummy, and came pretty quick.

Great food! Has the shrimp plate and chips and guac one day and shrimp tacos the next. The next day was told the chips aren’t celiac safe but I am very sensitive and didn’t have a reaction.

I was so excited to find this place! It’s located near the Polynesian Culture Center if you have a hard time finding it. Food was delicious and the staff were knowledgeable on cross contamination. My wife has a corn allergy as well and they were able to make her meal. Great service, great food!

Asked if they could cook my food separately with different utensils and they were pretty knowledgeable. I got shrimp tacos and they were delicious! Didn’t get sick. The menu was clearly marked.

GF items were marked on the menu. Said they could cook kin a separate pan. Tasted great.
They offered gluten free options but they do warm the flour tortillas on the same grill (but do wash it between) as the corn tortillas. My husband eats GF but is not celiac and enjoyed everything. I was able to eat the refried beans and they were good! They were very honest about everything and I could have taken a chance and hoped everything was cleaned perfectly but didn’t want to today.
They use corn and their sauces have no gluten spices, the meats are cooked just salt pepper and real spices. They also have vegetarian options. No matter what you order it taste delicious and fresh
