Had dinner. Enjoyed the octopus for appetizer, New York strip “flight” of beef (small portion grassed, prime & waygu), the mushrooms as a side and the goat cheese cheesecake served with fig and honey.
Everything was exceptional! No issues. Your server will walk through all items that are gf or can be modified and notifies the chef of your allergy.

Meal was gluten free and I had a few good gluten free options; however some items in the menu were just okay…. The steak could have been better, but the broccoli and mashed potatoes were delicious!
I’m a sensitive celiac and did not get sick, so it’s very safe.

There is not a glutten free menu and nothing is marked on the menu. You have to rely on your server. Menu looks yummy, but it will depend on your comfort level. Personally, I skip places where nothing is marked on the menu.

I felt very safe eating here! The staff was incredible knowledgeable and they had gluten free crackers and biscuits.

I had one of the best meals I’ve ever had here. Jake was our waiter and was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I had the oak fired octopus, wagyu filet, lobster tail, and whipped potatoes. It was divine!! The best part: I did not get sick. I highly recommend this place if you’re in Denver.

Excellent service! The cook even came out to explain how they had prepared everything to be safe for me to eat.
