Nearly everything is gluten free, made with corn masa and rice. Their fried plantains are amazing. The Guatemalan style tamales are also great. They use rice instead of corn for them. The only thing that had wheat in it is the hot sauce they have on the tables. If you ask, they will bring homemade hot sauce from the kitchen which is gluten free (and spicy).
