They don’t fry anything. Everything is baked in an oven, with parchment paper.
They offer gluten free bread for the sandwiches.
Staff took every precaution and even checked ingredients on queso (which I did not eat) for nachos.
We ordered nachos with pork, falafel and a sub sandwich that came with kettle chips. I did not feel sick.
They had omission beer and hard cider.
