I absolutely love it here. I don’t have a ton of options because I’m also vegan, but they are just the best here in regards to my celiac disease. They always warn me about cross contamination even though I’m a regular. This is probably for liability sake but there’s been many restaurants I’ve eaten at that don’t do this. For their sandwich press, they put the sandwich between two parchment paper sheets so you still get the pressed toast but without contact with the press (which they also clean for each GF item). Highly recommend.
