Review of Gumbo's

I love Gumbos & have for many years since I helped open the downtown location 15 years ago. Now, most of the items can be made gluten free since they do specialize in steak & seafood. They are now however making a great effort to cater to the gluten free community by bringing GF flour and cornbread mix into the fold. We will now see options such as cornbread crusted salmon & Parmesan crusted halibut & lobster. I am excited to see what the executive chef will create next
