Had a sign that said to let the server know if you had any allergies. Server was knowledgeable and reassuring that precautions would be taken to avoid cross contamination for the ice cream that I ordered.

Despite reviews, the lady working basically didn’t want to sell me anything at all when I asked for GF options. She said she can’t be sure what’s in any of it bc they didn’t make their chocolates and she doesn’t know what’s in the ice cream. I mean, how bad could you mess up ice cream to add flour to it? I tried the banana ice cream even though she didn’t want me to and I didn’t get sick. But it was just ok. Nothing to write Home about. And customer service- Zero!! They all need to visit the south and take notes.

Not gluten free. I went there and told them I couldn't have gluten. The person behind the counter said that she couldn't guarantee that anything there was gluten free. They used to order their ice cream and had an ingredient list but now they make their own and the people behind the counter don't know what is in it. Another person behind the counter said that they might have a frozen yogurt flavor that was gluten free. They still buy their yogurt. Caramel coloring was in the ingredient list and I know that may or may not contain gluten. I didn't want to risk it.
No
They had 3 flavors of frozen yogurt. It's actual frozen yogurt (like many celiacs, I"m also lactose intolerant). they scooped out of a fresh container for me. I had the coffee chip frozen yogurt in a a bowl. I didn't ask about GF cones, as I prefer just a little in a bowl, myself. It was delicious.
