The waitstaff seemed very knowledgeable, which is good, because the menu is not marked. Mixed game grill was served without the venison sausage, but we were not consulted between ordering and serving. Overall pleased and confident of the food safety, but a little disappointed with the communication.

This place is a tourist trap that we fell for based on reviews. Cheesy decor and seemed like an overpriced Denny’s loaded with too much sugary sauce that did not meet our taste buds. DD has celiac.was hoping she could get a break from meat & have the pesto chicken. Our server checked with the kitchen only to learn that the chicken is marinated in soy sauce, so she had filet instead. It was average & only $4 less than a much better filet she ate at the West End Grill at the Four Seasons. She was told any of the game meats were GF and all sides except rice (had something with gluten in it) were GF. Waiter seemed knowledgeable. Restaurant front staff hesitant to let us talk to chef in back, I guess because they were busy. I had the Bison Ribs; they were ok. Tender but the BBQ sauce was yuck. Son had the elk lollipops and did not like the huckleberry wine reduction at all. Youngest had the shrimp cocktail since the kids menu only offered burgers & grilled cheese. Shrimp did not taste fresh. Hubby had the prime rib which was above average. All in all, there are better options in Jackson Hole and we left disappointed.

Really yummy gluten free filet medallions with Dijon cream sauce with blue cheese crumbles, baked potato and steamed green beans. Did not get sick!!

The other reviews I saw said the waiters were knowledgeable, which is NOT true. Our waitress did not know what she was talking about. She said that all the steaks were ok but seemed confused. We ordered the bison steak and it came with crisped onions all over the steak. We grabbed her and told her she said they were ok and this obviously isn’t. When we confronted her about it not being gluten free when she said it was, she said this: “well you asked but I didn’t think it was important”. Once I was actually able to get my food, minus the gluten, it was actually really good. So just make sure your waitress knows what she is talking about

The waitress is super knowledgeable about GF needs. Their steaks are GF and have quite a few side options that are safe. Didn’t get sick, so definitely try it if you’re in the area!

Had a great meal with a very knowledgeable waitress and kitchen staff. Clearly marked menus. No reaction and the steaks and game meat were excellent! No GF fryer.
