The only items truly 100% gluten free are the mushrooms and avocado guac minus fried zucchini topper. Many of the items contain a spice called asafoetida that is minimally mixed with wheat flour. Frustrating. Also be cautious anything fried is cross contaminated / shared oil.

Had a great time, went with friends who are not GF but we ordered only GF dishes and shared everything, it felt awesome. The only thing I couldn’t eat was the naan. Butter chicken, goat dum biriani, curried chick peas and saag paneer were excellent. Everything was brought together though, so watch for cross contamination. Loved it!

They were SO knowledgeable about celiac / gluten. Things are labeled and at least half of the menu is already gf. The water was extremely careful with CC. Did not get sick and delicious!
