I’ve been there few times and gotten their gf skillet cookie. I went in today and I’m not sure if they didn’t put down gluten free or if they didn’t have any even though i said it twice. I ate about 1/3 with a friend. About an hour later i felt sick and threw up. Definitely last time I’m going. I’ve never been impressed with their allergy service.

If you have celiac disease or a gluten allergy I don’t recommend Gurus. The cashiers assured me that the Taos Tortilla Salad and Sweet Potato fries were completely gluten free (along with the menu) and assured me these menu items would not be cross contacted. I’m suffering the consequences of trusting them. I was definitely glutened and sadly I cannot trust going back ever again, even with clear instructions.

Very hit or miss with this place. Ate the Taos Taco Salad and got sick. Staff did not understand about cross contact and were really not knowledgeable about GF stuff. I asked if the sweet potato fries (which are labeled GF) were in a dedicated fryer and the person didn’t know what that was. After explaining, said they were in a shared fryer so check before purchasing!
In all honesty, I was really disappointed.

Limited options and limited allergy/celiac knowledge from staff. Please note on Sunday’s they only offer a breakfast menu all day.

very limited GF menu, I got the spicy curry bowl, it was alright
No
A bit limited on the GF options but they do have fish tacos on corn tortillas which were really good. I used to eat here a lot in my pre-GF days -- they have great food.
The food was good but they do not have gluten-free pasta.
Love Guru's. Their lemon salmon and GF shrimp tacos are great, people really like their pasta too.
